When I played outside it was scary. I was on my sled and I hit a big cube of ice. My boot on my foot got a big chunk of muggy clear snow, as clear as a crystal white diamond. My boot came off and my hand landed 100% under the hard sled. My glove came off and my hand was as cold as an ice cube and as red as a cherry. My belly “crashed” right into the ice, “crack”. My face smudged into the cold, cold, slushy snow. My eyes squirmed up and all I was seeing was bright yellow stars/sparks in the air. My buttons on my coat slashed open and the zipper went “zip”. The snow pants unrolled as my foot swirled like a spiral in the snow. As the snow pants came unrolled out of my snow boot, snow came beaming in. Snow was covering my whole body like a big snow monster covered in snow. The neighbor’s dog was licking my face disgustingly while snowballs were being pounded on me by the boy across the street. As the snow was melting on my face it looked like I was crying. Snowflakes being crushed on top and at the end I looked so creepy. I was covered in so much snow that my mother would not let me inside. I have not gotten that much snow on me ever since that snowy, snowy winter day.

Long ago in a land far away, there lived a boy named Tom. He and his father had a small farm, but they were very poor, all they had was one horse. Since they needed food to eat, Tom’s father sent him to the market to sell the horse. On the way to the market Tom met an old lady dressed all in red. The lady offered him five magic teeth for his horse. Tom decided to make the trade. When Tom got home his father was so angry that he threw the teeth out the window and sent Tom to bed without dinner.

The next day, out side his window, there was a huge river stretching all the way to the sky. Tom swam up and found a huge mansion. There was a small goose sitting on a nest. “Take me with you”, the goose said to Tom. “I lay silver eggs!” Tom grabbed the goose and headed back to the river, but behind him he heard a loud rumbling. “TE, TI, TO, TUM!” a dragon called as he started to chase Tom. Tom swam down the river as fast as he could, with the dragon swimming closely behind him. When he got to the bottom, Tom grabbed a huge pot and the dragon fell into the pot and Tom put the top on where the dragon stayed forever. Tom and his father used the silver eggs to buy a grand mansion and they were never hungry again.
